Hi, I’m Domenico. My great passion for cooking and for traditional Sicilian recipes was initially passed on to me by my grandmother and later by my mother.

The products used are in most grown by us in the countryside, the flours used derive from organic farming and ancient Sicilian grains.
We want to transmit the values linked to our millenary tradition, made up of a mix of different cultures and peoples who have colonised Sicily over time.
